Bi-Weekly Payments Calculator

This calculator determines the interest saving resulting from effecting bond repayments on a bi-weekly basis. The assumption is made that the additional monthly bond repayment is for the same amount as the required bond repayment and that the amount is allocated to the outstanding capital balance only.

The home loan amortization is therefore not adjusted to the total of the monthly bond repayments. The saving in interest is therefore significantly more.
